My back hurts. :( Chiropractor tomorrow and hopefully back to yogilates this coming week, if not in the next day or two....
Life sure makes it difficult to look after oneself, doesn't it?

i did it! My first race complete... there may or may not be a picture of me somewhere on my sisters camera. Second place in my age group, though i'm not sure of my time yet! So i did feel a bit like i would need medical help at the end, but the next race i'm in... you're in too!

And second - wow! No WONDER I have a hard time keeping up with you on Tuesdays!
